　　根据《学笃风正创新贡献奖评审细则》，经评审委员会综合评定和无记名投票，陈活泼和潘月鹏的两项科研成果获得2019年度“学笃风正”创新贡献奖。获奖人及具体成果如下：

　　陈活泼: Changes in Drought Characteristics over China Using the Standardized Precipitation Evapotranspiration Index, Journal of Climate,28,5430-5447,2015；

　　潘月鹏: Wet and dry deposition of atmospheric nitrogen at ten sites in Northern China, Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics, 12(14),6515-6535,2012。
