　　Ms. Jennifer Lloyd is a senior manager in RTI International’s Health and Environmental Information Systems program, within the Environmental Engineering and Economics Division. She has over 20 years of experience working with environmental data systems, risk prioritization, quality assurance, and software development for various clients including U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and the Environment Agency—Abu Dhabi. Since 2013, she has served as project manager for software development for the Environmental Benefits Mapping and Analysis Program—Community Edition (BenMAP-CE). Ms. Lloyd holds a B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University and is a certified Project Management Professional.

　　Mr. Jeff Coburn is a senior research chemical engineer at RTI International with 30 years of experience in air emissions control technology cost and evaluation with particular focus on emissions sources at petroleum refineries and iron and steel foundries. He has significant experience for emission controls for a wide variety of pollutants including toxics (e.g., benzene, naphthalene, dioxins, and mercury), criteria pollutants (PM, SO2, NOx, VOC), and greenhouse gases (GHG). Mr. Coburn is the program manager for a multi-million dollar task order contract to support EPA’s GHG Reporting Program and is also leading a project to develop emission standards for existing oil and gas production, processing, transmission and storage facilities.
